Disappopinted with proofs, video... ??

My daughter and I are researching photographer/videographer, and some posts from a few months back came up on the Newlyweds board, saying that some recent brides were disappointed with theirs.

If anyone knows who they are referring to, or has contact with one of these former brides, could you FM me, or ask them to FM me? Their profiles don't list the name, it just says to FM for info. I did FM them but I don't know if they still check the boards.

It must really hurt to get your proofs or view your video and be so disappointed. I know sometimes great shots are missed or bumbled, but to be so overall sad about the pics.... wishing we can all avoid that.

I would look at the Brides Review board to get details on specific photographers....the reviews are a great way to get the information you and your daughter are looking for.

But do remember, one person's rant could be another person's rave!

If you look at their review it will tell you the photographer. One of them was Duet, and the other two were Queens Bridal Center.

This is very true!! You can't discount a certain photographer because a few people weren't happy with them. I would do a search for any of the photograhers you are considering on the the bride's review board.
