update on me, sorry I haven't been on in a longggg time

Hey Girls!

I haven't been around in awhile, I wish I could blame it all on being a newlywed, but such is not the case.

On our honeymoon I got really sick, and when we came back I went to see the doctor and found out I had another hernia (some of you may recall my previous surgery in Feb 05) with all my weight loss I tried to wait it out to have my abdominal surgery and the hernia repair done at the same time, but my insurance (I hate Oxford!!!) and I had to battle it out and it took me over two months to get them to pre-cert my two procedures, but the wait took it's toll on me and my health, I ended up having a triple hernia and was so sick it was horrible I won't bore you with the details but it was pretty bad there for awhile and Michael was the BEST nurse a woman could ask for :), anyhoo I was able to have my surgeries done and am well on the way to full recovery. I've actually managed to lose about 175lbs, when you girls see me it's surreal, when I see myself in the mirror I have to do a double take I swear lol.. I'll be taking some pics soon and of course I will post them..

I also have finally started working on my wedding review and scan some more wedding pics for your viewing pleasure lol

I just wanted to say Hi and yes I am alive and thank you to a few very special girls who email me to check up on me, you never ending support and friendship means the world to me!!

I completely hear you on the fighting with health insurance, I have been there and know what a PITA it is, but glad you finally made it through and on your way to recovery!!! Congrats with everything!!!
