Bridal Event at Fortunoffs

I know this is a long shot, but does anyone remember that bridal event back in March that was held at Fortunoff? There was some deal that if you added a certain amount to your registry, they would send you a gift card for $25, or something like that. Well, I added what I thought to be the right dollar amount of stuff to my registry, and I never got the card. I just called customer service and now they're trying to tell me that you had to add $2500 worth of stuff in 4 depts and once someone buys something off your registry, then they'll mail you the card. Does anyone remember how much it was that you had to add? I thought it was 1k. I don't remember this $2500 over 4 depts stuff. And I certainly don't remember that you had to wait until your guests started buying stuff.

I actually think the $2,500 is correct...because I remember it being something like only 1%.

I thought it was 1K also and I don't remember having to have someone buy anything worth any amount.

I went to a bridal show a long time ago and I thought it was $2500 for a 50 dollar card. I didn't go to that event though.

I went and it was $1000, but you needed to have someone buy something off the regestry first.

From what I remember it was $25 gift card for every $1K you registered for. I did register for a lot more than $1k. I also remember them saying they will mail the card to you once an item from your registery is purchased. I have not received anything yet. I will let you know if and when I do though.

something is not right because i definitely registered for 1k worth of stuff that day (i did it intentionally so i could get the gift card) and since then people have bought stuff off the registry. so weird... i'll call them and will update with whatever info they give me.

I think they're describing the refer a friend rules to you. The bridal event rule was to add $1000. Call them back. You should have received your gift card already!
