RP06/ I had my first emtional breakdown last night...

Is it normal to not sleep ( sleepless nights started about 4 nights ago I am so tired but can't close my eyes) and cry this far away from the wedding??

OK this is what happened We got home from the hospital ( FH uncle had a stroke looks like a full recovery with therapy) FH father called and asked him why he didn't invite about 15-25 of his side of the family ( they are not blood but they grew up together there whole lives ). Now we invited 166 people already and we are 66 over and we can't afford to pay for the 66 as it is. I mean I am banking on a lot of 'no's' but this is a whole difftrent family with there own last name!!!, FH told dad we cant afford it and Dad said I'll Call you tomorrow and we will finish discussing it. I just feel like if we can't afford it it's not happening but if FH Dad Is will to pay 70.00 per person extra that he wants to invite fine ( especially since he has not paid a penny towards anything for this wedding). I am just so tired fustrated and aggravated at the same time...

if he wants to put his money where his mouth is, then fine... if not - then the invite list is only what you can handle. You have so much on your plate, it's understandable that you're having sleeping problems. What you're going through is more than just 'normal' bride stuff. I'm sorry you're having a tough time. Let us know how the conversation with FH's dad goes today. Maybe it will be a blessing in disguise and you'll get some financial help out of it?

If I invited everyone I 'should' Id be flat broke. Simply say that you cant afford it, but if he wants to flip the bill for those extra people...great. Thats not fair to make you feel bad, dont stress. Just enjoy.
