Was it really??? There was actually another couple in our dining room that got engaged the next night (we got engaged fri night and then they did sat night). But this guy got up on the microphone and said this is the last day of our trip, and I never got to do this the right way, so will you marry me. She of course said yes. Then it was funny b/c our waiter turned to us and said he's stealing your thunder. But he didn't b/c my FH didn't want that. He wanted something a lil more personal, and didn't mind everyone around was watching, but didn't want the whole crowd. Then the couple tables around us as they were walking out sat night said they loved the way we did it better, that it was more personal. It just made me laugh, I said thank you and thought to each their own!!! I loved mine and I was sure she loved hers!!!
