Well, I USED TO ...

... do Tae Bo all the time, and Hoobastank's 'Same direction' and 'Out of control' songs would get me motivated. I guess I should start listening to those songs again..

I love Country music, so I listen to a lot of it, but I have found anything upbeat i.e. club music or a lot from Z100 works really well, like 'everytime we touch'

when I am losing steam, 'Head like a hole' by Nine Inch Nails and 'More Human than Human' by White Zombie really get the blood flowing!

otherwise, anything KTU or Z100 would play works~
