Hey gals does anyone have any Unique ideas for a guestbook. I dont like things boring. I need spice in my life :) thanks gals

You could do a Wish Bowl or a Photo Sign in Board

I'm doing a Wish Bowl so I can take the individual papers and put them in my wedding scrapbook afterwards.

we're doing the polaroid photo albumn. this way it's something that won't be stuck in a box. we can have it on our coffee table

I totally love that idea!!!

My cousin had all of her guests engrave a frame... it was a huge frame that had a special engraving pen and there was a pic of her and her DH in the frame... it was very different.

I heard of a bride that sent a piece of paper in their invitations for guests to sign whatever they wanted to the couple. Then they were to bring them to the wedding and place it in a special guestbook.

I recently went to a wedding in Chicago and they had a coffee table book with all pics of Chicago and people signed that. I thought it was a great idea because you could actually leave out the book.

You could definitely find one with pics of NYC and they probably even have photo books of Long Isand.

I'm kinda following CaMacho's idea. I bought the same scrapbook, but instead of doing the wishing well idea, FH and I put pictures of him and I growing up and dating and engaged along the pages and bought a metallic pen for the guests to sign on the black pages to write their thoughts/memories on the pages next to the photos.

our theme is africa so i think we're gonna have a huge map of africa but its gonna be light in the background so people can sign it. then we can just frame it and put it up in our house (when we buy one of course) i just dont know where i can get one made

I am not sure if I'll actually do it but I was thinking about having guests sign fabric squares with a fabric paint pen and then sewing them into a quilt after the wedding. If it's too small it will be a cat blanket...

that's SO cool! My FH would LOVE that idea!

Are you just getting any ol' guitar that's kind of inexpensive since it's getting written on and hung anyway... or a 'good' one?
