Fancy First Dance-We took Lessons (not choregraphed-just where we knew the dance and went with it)

Pictures out in the lobby of reception-my mothers wedding-my grandmothers wedding-great grandmothers wedding-FMILs wedding- (there were none further back for them)and of US
a twist on the bouq and garter toss (that was a bit screwed up by the band : ( )

Candy Buffet

Party went to the bar after-we didnt go but everyone had a great time

Brunch the next morning for those who stayed

we did not invite parents/bridal party/guests to dance our first dance with us- we had a 2nd dance and invited them up

we had a unity candle and had our parents come up to light the tapers , not just the moms

uneven bridal party (not purposely but we didnt add anyone to make it even)

save the date cards

Low centerpieces-with all roses-crystals on the vase and the water dyed pink

Princess Gown-with veil and headpiece NO tiara
in diamond white

-we did a donation favor to the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and we also gave the breast cancer awareness car magnets (wrapped beautifully in a box with pink ribbon) my colors were pink and white

alternate location for pics-church-beach-and reception hall

add ons at the cocktail hour-seafood boat-raw clams and oysters and shrimp, upgraded horderves (sp?) baby lamb chops and crab claws, and a sushi bar

good idea!

i thought of something else i am having - i am getting this collage made it up - the border will be all pics of our parents and grandparents on their wedding day and the middle will be our engagement pic

i will also have a table with all frame pictures from our relationship - which i am looking forward to doing because we haev been to JR prom, prom, vacations and a million other events together

and everyone can see when i was a pudgy little girl and FH was a skinny little thing - we have switched places!
