Need Make-up and Hair

Can someone please give me prices for my 5/27/07 wedding to do Make-up and Hair for:

Bride- airbrushing makeup and hair
Mother of the bride- airbrush make up and hair
Groom's Mother- Hair
4 bridesmaids- Hair
3 brides maids- makeup
2 flower girls- Hair

I will need the hair stylist and make up artist to come to my house in suffolk county.
