Usual about a family or couple or team of people. They get them a personal trainer and nutritonist and help them lose weight all this after a certain amount of time. At the end of the show the people who've lost the most weight wins

I watched it once its a cool show. When its a family or couple they have the gym equipment sent to your home. You work out there, the nutritionist helps with your diet. People lose ALOT of weight and they show the before and after pictures its amazing. Its kind of like Celebrity Fit Club show but alot less drama.
