does anyone else feel this way?

as it gets closer, and as i have my final meeting with my vendors, i expected to feel a bit more relieved - like now things are in the professionals hands. i saw my centerpiece, my florist made a million notes of the changes i want. i saw my photographer and gave him a bunch of photos i'd like duplicated. i saw the dj and gave him my lists upon lists of songs. but instead of feeling relieved, i am getting more and more nervous. at the lack of control i have. everyone says that they are there to make things go smoothly and the way that i want them, and i'm just supposed to relax... and i know i'm supposed to. but i can't!!!!

I actually started feel more stress and pressure as I began finalizing things. I think the reality of it is sinking in. Plus it seems which each vendor, I have another thing to think about and make a decision on. I think this is normal....Or at least I hope it is.
I am sure we will be fine.

I know that feeling exactly. I was soooo nervous when I went to the RH and dropped everything off and called and confirmed all my vendors arriving times. Everything was out of my hands for the first time and I was completely reliant on the vendors to now do their job I had hired them to do and I was nervous as fu*cking he*ll!!!!! In the end, though, every single one pulled through and I had a marvelous time at my wedding!

I know how you feel. It's like you've done all this work and now it's in someone elses hands to make it work.

I feel it too!! I felt it from the time I handed my 2 huge bags of invitations to the post office clerk. My girlfriend was with me and she noticed that I did not want to let them go... like they were a peice of me and I had to trust someone else to deliver them!

Sorry hun, but you're prob going to feel that way right up until the big day!! But then you're going to wake up that morning and all of your worries will have vanished!!!!! You'll be so elated with joy that you won't have time to stress!!!!!!

I can 100% empathize with what you are saying. I wish I had advice to give you but I don't know what to say other than we're all here to support each other.

thanks girls it makes me feel better to know that this is normal and i'm not alone. ugh, i just want it to BE here already so this stress can go away!!

I feel stressed about getting all of the appointments in.
