SPIN OFF: day of counter makeup

how do you do it?

do you just walk up to the counter the day of you wedding and say, 'go for it'? what if you don't like it?

it sounds like something i could consider, but how do you do it?

I'd visit one counter and see how you like the product in general. Then day of, I'd show up early enough and be like, 'I want a makeover' and casually mention you are attending a party later...don't tell them it's your wedding. I did that once and had a great time...I used it as a 'trial.' Ultimately, I didn't use it b/c I started using Bare Minerals makeup and cannot really use liquid foundations...
