My VERY LONG 8/20/06 Wedding Review - Yale Club, Times Square Orchestra, Angelica Glass, Timeless Treasures, Sachiko Yanase and more!! Lots of PICS!! UPDATE 8/30/07 w/ the knot mag pic!

It is difficult to put a year’s worth or emotions leading up to one of the most important days of your life into words, but I am going to try my best. Being the first of my friends to get married, I looked to LIW for a lot of different ideas and perspectives. Thank you all for helping me to create my dream wedding. Although planning is not easy and there were a few bumps along the road, I would do it over again in a heartbeat. On to the review!

**All photos were taken by Angelica Glass unless otherwise noted**

Our Engagement

After 6 ½ years of dating, DH proposed on the top deck of a brunch cruise around NYC as we were passing the Statue of Liberty. With my NYC roots stemming back 6 generations and DH’s passion for Architecture, NYC has a very special meaning to the both of us. He could not have picked a more perfect proposal! My parents hosted an engagement party at my Aunt’s house on Long Island and DH’s parents hosted an engagement party where he grew up in Rochester, NY. Both parties were beautiful and a great way to kick off the celebrations!!

The Ring
Engagement Ring - Friend
Wedding Bands - Elegant Jewelry, Inc.

I LOVE MY RING!! Inspired by some “clues” I left him, DH worked with my close friend’s father who works in the Diamond District to custom make the perfect ring! Because of the way the ring sits on my hand, I did not want to wear a matching band. I moved my e-ring to my right hand and DH and I purchased a complimentary wedding band for my left hand at Elegant Jewelry, Inc. in the Attias Flea Market. DH purchased his wedding band there as well. My family has purchased a lot of jewelry from them throughout the years, and as always, both pieces are beautiful.

Save the Date - DH's Sister

DH’s sister is a graphic designer and offered to design our STD cards and magnets for our engagement gift. We gladly accepted! Using a picture taken during DH’s proposal and another picture from our engagement party in Rochester, she created the perfect STD! The wedding is over and our guests still have the magnets on their fridge!!

Gown, Veil & Tiara
Kleinfelds
www.kleinfeldbridal.com

Gown
Anne Barge Fall 2005 Collection

I may have watched too many Lifetime movies, but I pictured shopping for a bridal gown to be a luxurious experience. After visiting a few well-known bridal salons, Kleinfelds was the only salon to meet my expectations. The showroom is GORGEOUS!! I worked with Emo, who was very helpful in finding the look I wanted within my budget. I knew I wanted a strapless gown with lifts and no adornment (no lace, beads, crystals, etc.) I showed her my favorites from the magazine that I brought, and that was all she needed. I bought the first dress she selected!! The pearl-colored dress glowed on the hanger, and I was excited to try it on even though it had 1 in. of antique lace with Swarvorski crystals along the waistline. I was with my MOH and 2 BM’s, and we all fell in love. I tried on a few more gowns, but nothing stood out. I brought my mom, aunt and grandma back a few weeks later to make the final decision, and they loved it as well! I absolutely loved my gown, and looking back at the pictures I can see how beautiful it truly was!!

Veil
Custom made by Kleinfelds

Because my dress did not have a long train, I decided to buy a cathedral veil to achieve a similar look. I selected a two-tier angel cut cathedral veil with pearl piping to match the gown. I fell in love with a designer veil, but Emo suggested having Kleinfelds make an identical one for a third of the price. Sounded good to me!!

Tiara
Christina Garcia

I did not buy the tiara at the same time as my gown and veil. I went back to Kleinfelds a few weeks later to see which style best matched my gown, and I planned on going elsewhere to purchase it. Easier said than done! I tried on a Christina Garcia headpiece that looked like it was made for my dress. Needless to say, I treated myself!

Because I bought three pieces of a “bridal ensemble” (gown, tiara, veil & shoes), I received a 12.5% discount!

Alterations
Kleinfelds

Kleinfelds has a $395 alteration flat fee when you purchase a gown there. When my dress, veil and tiara arrived early, I made an appointment to view the items right away. I was randomly paired with Irene who was like the Greek grandma I never had. She was so warm and friendly. Although my gown and tiara were perfect, my custom-made veil was not quite right. It was not as long as the designer veil I tried on. Irene called over a headpiece consultant to discuss the veil. By my first fitting, the veil was corrected.

Irene was so wonderful that I requested her for my fittings. Irene did a wonderful job tailoring my gown. After three fittings, my dress was shortened perfectly, she added boning to the bodice to give it a better fit, elastic to the top so I would not feel like my dress was falling off, and tailored a bustle with more lifts. I loved the bustle and decided not to let it down during the ceremony as originally planned!

Although my veil was corrected, I still was not happy with it. I felt like the cathedral veil was too “heavy” for me. After consulting with the headpiece consultant again, we decided to make a new veil with a detachable cathedral piece to be worn for the ceremony only. My third veil was perfect, and I left the shorter veil on all night! The best part was that there were no additional charges for any of the veil alterations!!

During my second fitting, TLC was filming a new show called Fashion Fanatics featuring bridal gowns. I was selected to be one of the featured brides and had an opportunity to meet the owners of Kleinfelds, Ronnie & Mara. To thank me for my participation, Ronnie offered to have my dress delivered directly to the Yale Club. This was an unexpected and fantastic convenience. Look out for me on TLC!!

Anne Barge was also hosting a trunk show during my second fitting and came down to the alterations dept. to see me in her gown. Another unexpected surprise!! Overall - Highly Recommended

Shoes
Nina
DSW

I didn’t put too much thought into my shoes. I went to DSW to browse for something else and stumbled across my beautiful Nina shoes. I loved the crystal detail and because there was so little fabric, I did not have to think about dying the white shoes to match my “pearl” dress. For less than $50, it was an easy decision!

I purchased Foot Petals at My Glass Slipper to make the shoes more comfortable…a great investment considering I wore them from 11AM – 6:30PM!!

I also purchased 4 inch white platform flip flops from victoriassecret.com for $11. I changed into the flip flops after our first dance and partied like a rock star for the rest of the evening!!

Some advice: When wearing your shoes for your alterations, make sure to wear stockings. I did not and there were toe marks on my shoes!

Garter
E-bay vendor bonniebelle13– Morning Glory Gators

A fun LIW find!! Another bride posted about the Jets garter she purchased for her DH, and I could not resist purchasing a Buffalo Bills garter for mine!! Inexpensive, easy to order, shipped promptly and good quality! Overall - Highly Recommended

MOB Gown
Sue Wang
Bloomingdales

I have a young, beautiful mom with an even younger, more beautiful spirit. She wanted a dress that truly expressed her personality, and we were not able to find that in any bridal salon. She stumbled across her gown while shopping with my sister at Bloomingdales. I was a little peeved at first that she purchased her gown without me and before I selected the color of the bridesmaids’ gowns, but all was forgiven when I saw how beautiful the gown was!! Some advice – Do not limit your mom to bridal salons. The department stores have beautiful gowns, great return policies, and SALES!! Mom looked HOT!!

Bridesmaids' Gowns
Jordan
Gownfind / Bridal Elegance
www.gownfind.com

Trying to coordinate my 6 bridesmaids’ schedules was nearly impossible, so I decided to hunt for a BM gown with my MOH (sister). We found a bunch of dresses we liked online and decided to go to RK bridal for the large selection. RK bridal does not take appointments and we heard that it got really busy, so we went when it first opened on a Sunday morning. The sales rep was very friendly and assisted us with finding all of the gowns we selected online plus so many more. The store was empty, so we had unlimited time in the dressing room (they normally cap at 30 min). After a few hours, we found the dress! Over the next few weeks, I brought each of my BM to RK bridal when it was convenient to try on the dress, and they all loved it. I did not have any color scheme in mind, so we collectively decided on Charcoal. Although RK bridal is cost effective, I learned of Phyllis at Gownfind while searching the LIW boards. Phyllis beat all of the quotes I received for the gown and she had an alterations cap of $45! I ordered the dresses from Phyllis and they came in early with no errors. She did the alterations on 4 of my BM’s and shipped two of the gowns to my OOT BM’s. Everyone looked great! Overall - Highly Recommended

My beautiful MOH (and little sister )

Bridal & Bridesmaid Jewelry
CJB Designs (cjb88)
www.cjbdesigns.com

I went to Elementary School with Cortney, but have not really seen her since then. I recognized her from her beautiful wedding photos on LIW and immediately contacted her to catch up! When I saw how talented she was, I did not hesitate to order chandelier earrings for the bridesmaids and bracelets for myself and my MOH. They were easy to order, promptly shipped, and absolutely beautiful!! Overall - Highly Recommended

My “something borrowed” was earrings from my Grandma.

Bridesmaid Gifts
Ebay vendor Feeling Pampered
Sephora

I wanted to get my bridesmaids something in addition to the earrings, but this was no easy task. My mom made them “bridesmaid” tank tops and presented them at the shower, and wristlets, baguettes, or pj’s would not do. I stumbled across Feeling Pampered on e-bay and loved the silk pillowcases and sleep masks! I ordered 6 pillowcases in ivory to match everyone’s bedding and the sleep masks in black. The customer service was very friendly, and the beautifully wrapped gifts were shipped promptly. I even purchased one for myself! For a personalized touch, my mom “embroidered” their initial into the sleep mask. Overall - Highly Recommended

I also threw in Philosophy lip gloss purchased at Sephora.

Tuxes
Dante Zeller
www.dantetuxedos.com

The Best Man and most of the GM were OOT. After two awful experiences at Men’s Warehouse (we were totally ignored at two different locations!!), we visited Dante Zeller on 23rd and 3rd. Although the store was closing for the evening, Gloria let us in and helped us select a tux over the next hour! Gloria informed us that there was a promotion going on which was about to end, but we explained that we wanted to confirm the costs with the GM before the placing the order. She totally understood and wrote in our file that we visited during the promotion and that the price would be effective when we placed the order. We placed the order for 7 Ralph Lauren tuxes a few weeks later at the reduced rate. Because we ordered >5, one was free. DH bought a tux elsewhere so that it could be properly tailored, so we allocated the cost savings amongst the bridal party for an even lower rate!

All of the tuxes arrived on time in the right size and in good condition, and Gloria was there to make sure that each GM looked his best.
Overall - Highly Recommended

Groomsmen Gifts

This was all DH and he did a great job! He purchased a Swiss Army golf set for 4 of the GM, a Jets mug and beer cozy for his GM that does not play golf, and a humidor filled with cigars for the Best Man.

Dance Lessons
Manhattan Ballroom Society

DH and I wanted to look our best for our moment in the spotlight. We signed up for an 8 week Beginner Ballroom class with Stephan Dane at the Manhattan Ballroom Society. Stephan is very comfortable to work with and after learning our basic moves, we took a few private lessons with Stephan too. He choreographed our first dance to “A Sunday Kind of Love” by Etta James. We had a great time taking the lessons and our guests loved the results. Overall - Recommended

Welcome Dinner
Rialto
www.rialtonyc.com

Although we did not conduct a wedding rehearsal the evening before the wedding, my in-laws wanted to host a dinner for our bridal party and out of town guests (about half of our total guest list). DH and I embarked on a nearly impossible quest for a venue in NYC with a private room that could host 60 people at a reasonable price. Rialto was highly recommended on theknot.com and was everything we were looking for! The private room had both air-conditioned indoor space with a bar, banquettes, and plenty of room for mingling, and tented outdoor space with brick walls, beautiful ivy and candles, and round tables for dinner. DH worked with Sam, the owner, to develop a menu and open-bar that was cost effective. Sam even let us bring our own cake for dessert to keep the costs down! Although communication during planning was a little difficult, the end result was perfect! Our guests raved about the style of the location and the delicious food! Overall - Recommended (This would be a great location for a small wedding too!)

Welcome Dinner Invitations
Kodak Gallery
www.ofoto.com

DH and I used one of our engagement pictures to create an invitation in Kodak Gallery. Simple, inexpensive, prompt shipping, and even comes with the envelopes! My mom addressed all of the envelopes on her computer in a fancy font for the final touch! Overall - Recommended

Venue
The Yale Club of New York
www.yaleclubweddings.org

I started looking at venues almost immediately after getting engaged. I limited my search to Suffolk County (where my parents live) and after looking at approx. 6 places, booked one for a Saturday afternoon affair. I always dreamed of a twilight NYC wedding, so I was uncomfortable with my decision almost immediately after booking. I learned about the Suffolk County cancellation law on LIW, and booked my dream wedding at the Yale Club a month later.

The Yale Club was phenomenal in every way! We had the ceremony in the Library, cocktails on the Roof Terrace and dinner in the Grand Ballroom. In addition to hosting our ceremony and reception, we were given a complimentary bridal suite (which was as large as my East Village apartment) and reserved 25 guest rooms for our OOT guests. We were not limited to an afternoon or evening timeline, allowing me to schedule the twilight wedding I dreamed of (my wedding began at 4:00PM). We worked with Jaime Drewes and from our first meeting she put my mind at ease. Jaime was always accommodating, letting me view the venue numerous times as different ideas popped into my head and promptly addressing any questions via phone or e-mail. I started to work with Jaime more closely after we had our very impressive tasting about 2 ½ mos. prior to the wedding. She really put my vision to work... she provided the private Trumball Room for DH and my “first meeting”, made sure we were comfortable during bridal party and family photos and provided the private Council Room for the ketubah signing. We also had an assortment of food from the cocktail hour and a bottle of champagne in our suite when we observed yichud after the ceremony, and another bottle of champagne at the end of the affair. I know she left sometime after the ceremony, but my Maitre D, Domingo, was so good that the transition was seamless. Domingo does a lot behind the scenes so I can’t really evaluate him, but I credit him with coordinating the kitchen with the band so everything was done according to my timeline. In addition, DH and I were treated wonderfully…I never saw the bottom of my champagne glass. I don’t know if that was a good thing for DH

Our guests are still raving about our unique vendor choice… how interesting the library was, the views from the roof terrace, and the elegance of the Grand Ballroom. I was too excited to eat, but the food tasted wonderful at the tasting and DH ate both of our meals for dinner. My parents also hosted an impromptu family brunch at the Roof Terrace the following morning which was the perfect end to a perfect weekend.
Overall - VERY Highly Recommended

DOC
Diamond Gold Weddings
www.diamondgoldweddings.com

I never even heard of a DOC until visiting LIW. After thinking it through, I determined that it was a good idea. When searching for a DOC, it was important to me that they had experience coordinating events at my venue. Beth and Shari came highly recommended on theknot.com and were familiar with the Yale Club. We clicked during our first meeting! They are both very professional and easy to speak with, and once they whipped out a sample of their heavy-duty timeline in Excel, I was sold (I am a CPA… Excel is my lifeline).

Beth and Shari were available by e-mail and phone throughout the planning process and checked-in with me periodically. When I started to really stress about the wedding timeline, they agreed to meet with me one month ahead of schedule. In addition to calming my nerves, this schedule was a great starting point to coordinate other vendors’ services. We met again a month before the wedding to work-thru some details and a week before the wedding to finalize everything (we met 4 times in total prior to the wedding).

Two nights before the wedding, Shari’s grandmother passed away. Beth explained that an associate of theirs, Jessica, was going to assume her responsibilities. I had a lot of faith in them and knew that it was not going to be a problem.

Beth and Jessica were AWESOME!! They were the first to arrive that morning at 8am and the last to leave at 10:30pm. My guests said that I was one of the most relaxed brides they have ever seen, and I felt like I just drifted through the day. I did not concern myself with any of the details because I knew that Beth and Jessica had it under control. They accompanied me around the city while taking photos, conducted the rehearsal for the bridal party, handled all of my DIY’s, ensured that I was hydrated and looking my best at all times, worked well with the vendors, and were just a pleasure to have around. I was a very detail-oriented bride with a very ambitious schedule, and they exceeded my expectations in every way! Overall - Highly Recommended

Officiant
Rabbi Jill Hausman
www.cantorweddings.com

We found Rabbi Hausman while doing an internet search for an Interfaith Officiant. She is a Rabbi/Cantor at a Reform temple in Manhattan. Her husband has converted from Catholicism to Judaism, so she is very familiar with both religions and gladly incorporated many aspects into our ceremony (DH is Catholic and I am Jewish). We met her at her home and felt comfortable right away. Rabbi Hausman conducted a beautiful ceremony that received compliments from both sides of the family. Overall - Recommended

Band
Times Square Orchestra
www.timessquaremusic.com

THE ABSOLUTE BEST WEDDING BAND!!! After reading so many rave reviews on LIW, DH, my parents and I went to see TSO at one of their showcases. It was the first showcase we attended and they really set the bar high. TSO is professional, friendly, and VERY talented!! They manage themselves, so you deal directly with the band and not a management company, which we liked a lot. I like to weigh my options before making a decision, so we attended another showcase for a popular LIW band. They began very late, the music was too loud for the room, and the manager was very impersonal. We also ordered a bunch of DVDs, but the decision was easy - TSO!! We had two musicians for the ceremony, 3 for cocktail hour, and 8 for the reception. Two months before the wedding we received their Song List and wedding checklist. Mary Ann, the emcee, contacted us one month before the wedding to discuss our selections and timeline for the wedding. She is amazing!! Not only was she so much fun to talk too, but after expressing how we hate the “stop-and-go” feeling at weddings when the courses are served, she developed the timeline that was used to coordinate the speeches, parent dances, cake cutting, etc. with the kitchen!! The week before the wedding, she even called to see how I was doing!! Love her!!

Times Square Orchestra ROCKED our wedding!! We were told by every guest that they were the BEST wedding band they ever heard, and I could not agree more!! TSO even learned “Sunday Kind of Love” by Etta James for our first dance and the Buffalo Bills spirit song (an adaption of “(You know you make me want to) Shout”) which I surprised DH with!! Overall - VERY Highly Recommended

Florist
Flowers by Jonathan
Phone: (212) 586-8414

The Yale Club requires you to use on of their eight recommended florists. I am so glad that Jonathan was on the list because I never would have found him otherwise! Jonathan is an absolute sweetie, but not for the hands-on bride. If you want to know exactly how many roses are in your centerpieces and every accent flower he plans to use, go elsewhere. However, I am the first to admit that I do not know a thing about flowers, so we worked very well together. I gave Jonathan a picture of my dress, a sample of the BM’s dress fabric, and told him that I wanted a “romantic” look with white calla lilies and pink accents, and he took it from there. A few weeks before the wedding, he made me a sample of the high and low centerpieces. They were INCREDIBLE!! Jonathan was even more impressive at the wedding!! My bouquet and the BM bouquets were beautiful and the arrangements at the cocktail hour were gorgeous, but the arch at the ceremony….OUTSTANDING!!! The first time I saw it was while walking down the aisle, and I was stunned!! The floor was covered in rose petals and it looked magical. It was more than I could ever imagine!! Overall - Highly Recommended

Transportation
Film Cars
www.filmcars.com

Although transportation was not necessary (the bridal suite for getting ready, ceremony and reception were all at the Yale Club), I did envision taking pictures around NYC, so why not do it style! Film Cars came highly recommended on theknot.com, and after contacting them, I determined that Peter is one of the nicest people in the wedding industry! I leased a 1968 Checker Cab for 4 hours prior to the wedding ceremony to transport DH and I from the Yale Club to the Flatiron, Meatpacking District & Grand Central for photos. It was so New York!! Peter cued 5 of our favorite songs for the ride, and when we returned to the YC, we also took a lot of family/bridal party photos with the Checker. Having a Checker Cab at a NYC wedding is the icing on the cake!! Overall - Highly Recommended

Hair
Sachiko Yanase
[email protected]

Make-up
David Kalahiki
[email protected]

When scheduling hair and make-up, I needed someone to come to the bridal suite at the Yale Club with the capacity to do my hair and make-up as well as hair and make-up for bridal party, MOB and Grandma (14 services in all!!) After reading rave reviews on LIW, theknot.com and very impressive trials, I booked them each on the spot. Sachiko and David are extremely talented hair and make-up artists (they each do both) and absolute sweeties!! Their services are booked separately, but they are friends and work very well together. They were both very easy to communicate with during the planning process and arrived early the day of the wedding. Sachiko did my hair, David did my make-up, and they split up the rest of the bridal party according to the schedule we developed together. They were so much fun to have around while getting ready and everyone looked beautiful!! Overall - Highly Recommended

Photographer
Angelica Glass
www.angelicaglass.com

AMAZING!!! Choosing a photographer was one of our most important decisions and after meeting with >10 photographers, selecting Angelica was easy. She is crazy talented and an awesome person to have around! We met with Angelica in April for our e-pics and were blown away by the results!! We obviously had high expectations for the wedding, but could never have imagined how beautiful our pictures would turn out!! Not only did she capture every moment, but she was also a tremendous help during the planning process by providing insight on the color of the BM dress (I wanted to know what colors photograph best), style of the checker cab, locations for e-pics and wedding pictures, and drafting the day of timeline!! As if that wasn’t enough, a week before my wedding Angelica surprised me by letting me know that she was bringing her friend Scott on second camera instead of an assistant!! Scott is another amazing photographer and so much fun to work with!! We received 2700+ RIDICULOUS PROOFS and can not wait to work with Angelica to create the album!! Overall - VERY Highly Recommended

Videographer
Timeless Tresure Films
www.timelesstreasuresvideo.com

After reading rave reviews on LIW and watching the clips on his website, I scheduled an appointment to meet with Ray. Ray’s office is located in Smithtown where my parents live, so instead of my traveling from Manhattan, my parents went to see him. My Dad is in the business and was really impressed by Ray’s work and laid-back personality, so they booked him without DH and I ever meeting him! Ray was easy to communicate with during the planning process and like Angelica, surprised me the week before the wedding by letting me know that he was bringing Anthony on second camera!! Ray and Anthony were awesome!! They were unobtrusive… you did not even know they were there! I am still waiting for the final video, but Ray sent me a 3-minute video preview which looked great!! Overall - Highly Recommended

Invitations
Design by DH's Sister
Printing by Dependable Letterpress (www.dependableletterpress.com)

DH and I looked through all of the invitation books for a letterpress invitation with an image of the NYC skyline, but nothing caught our eye. Once again, my sister-in-law came through with the perfect design!! We decided to use Arturo Soft White wedding paper with deckled edges because it was available with all of the matching invitation components and purchased the materials at a local art store. After a failed attempt at printing, which I will spare the rest of the details, we approached Dependable Letterpress with a time constraint. In line with their excellent reputation, they provided us a great product (letterpress invitations and reply cards) at a reasonable price within the time allotted. DH designed and printed our direction cards on vellum paper to complete the look. Our guests raved about how beautiful and unique our invitations were! Some advice: The DIY route is not always the least expensive.

Calligraphy (Outer Envelopes, Response Envelopes & Placecards)
A Fine Letter
www.afineletter.com

A great LIW find!! Beautiful hand calligraphy for $0.25 per Outer Envelope and $0.35 per placecard!! Melanie is also an absolute pleasure to work with. She is very easy to communicate with and her turnaround time is incredible. Everything came out beautifully with not a single error. Overall Highly Recommended

Ketubah
Arts & Crafts Roses Ketubah by Melissa Dinwiddie
Celebrations - The Jewish Museum Design Shop

DH and I spent a long time trying to find a ketubah that best represented us as an Interfaith couple. After many hours online, we ended up finding our ketubah at Celebrations. We thought purchasing the ketubah at a reputable store such as Celebrations would be better than an online vendor, but we were wrong. Although our ketubah was beautiful, the service at Celebrations was awful!! I felt like the sales associate did not want to help us and the order process was very confusing. Once we placed the order, they were not involved at all!! I worked with our Rabbi and the artist on the transliteration of our names and dates, and contacted the artist directly for the delivery confirmation (although Celebrations was supposed to confirm delivery). Overall - Not Recommended

Personalized Cocktail Napkins
Ebay seller memorablewedding

If you can believe it, DH’s only request throughout the entire planning process was to have personalized cocktail napkins. Why? Who knows…but how can I argue!! I found memorablewedding on ebay. They are actually a physical store located in Florida, so I called and they promptly sent me samples. I placed the order for 300 napkins on ebay and the final product arrived promptly in good quality and with no errors. Overall - Recommended

DIY
DH, MOB, & ME!!

I didn’t realize that there was a crafty side in me!! DH, my mom and I worked very hard to make my vision complete! I could not have done it without them and thank them both for their creativity, hard work, and PATIENCE!! We bought all of the cardstock at Paper Presentation (18th between 5th & 6th), ribbon and OOT guest bags from Papermart.com (the best prices), & used Avery labels and business cards from Staples for the OOT labels and favor tags. My mother is the genius behind the hand-knit yarmulkes, beautiful card box, bathroom baskets and guest bag goodies. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

A review in pictures...

Link to Album

My wedding was absolutely perfect and given the chance, I would not change a thing! Some final thoughts:

1. Enjoy planning!! Although my day did not “fly by”, it is still only one day. A lot of my excitement stemmed from celebrating small milestones in the planning process along the way.
2. Remember that although it is your big day, your family & friends have lives too. You will expect a lot from them over the year, so take the time to appreciate and celebrate them too!
3. Trust your vendors! Do not hesitate to ask for guidance before finalizing details. Who would have thought that my band would develop the timeline for the kitchen or my photographer would assist with selecting the color of the BM dress? You hired them because they are professionals, so let them do what they do best.
4. Lastly, relax, have fun, and smile throughout your BIG DAY!! I did, and it was the BEST DAY OF MY LIFE!!

The only online album that shows up here as red x's is kodak (ofoto)!

Try uploading them onto snapfish and then 'insert web image'
or upload to your community album and then 'insert web image'.
