Goals and Accomplishments!
Hey ladies! Since there seem to be quite a few of us who are trying SO HARD to 'Slim Down', I figured that this thread might provide a bit of encouragement and support if we do it together!Introduce yourself by posting your weight loss goals. Update as you lose... or gain (it happens), and feel free to share tips and things you learn along the way!

I'll start with a couple short term goals!By the end of the month: I'd like to lose 10 lbs!
By the end of December: I'd like to be down by a total of 25 lbs!

i'll play... after the honeymoon???but i will still set a starting goal to move towards... i want to drop 5 lbs to start off.
i plan to do this by dusting the cobwebs off the treadmill.

I'll join in as well.
By the end of the month I'd like to be down 10lbs, but realistically, I think 8lbs.
Going forward, I'd like to lose 8lbs a month.

I will join! What a great idea!By the end of the month I would like to have lost 8lbs of chunk. I also want to have lost an inch around my middle and an inch from my thighs.
By the end of the years I would like to be 25lbs lighter and would like to see more definition in my upper arms and I intend to be 2 pant sizes smaller!

great postby the end of the month i want to lose 6 more lbs to make my weight loss down 20 lbs.
by the end of the year i want o be down 25 to 30 lbs. i want to order my dress by the end of januaury and my goal is 25 lbs before i order it

Oooh..I want to play!!!
By December I want to lose about 5 to 10 lbs. From then until December, I want to maintain the weight and be toned. That also means, I need to stick to my gym work out plans as well.

Hello Ladies...My short term goal is to lose 10lbs by Nov. 19th (eparty). I am joining WW at work this weekend.
My long term goal is to lose 40lbs by wedding time....

Hi Ladies..I'm so glad this thread was started. I'm actually starting my new WW meetings tonight (the at work program was canceled). I've been doing it (not very strictly) for 2.5 years now and I'm down 55 pounds, with lots more to go.
My current goal is to get back on program and lose 20 lbs by the end of the year.

I have been on WW for 2 years. I am down a total of 30 pounds. I'd like to lose 10 more pounds before I start my fittings. And of course, tone my body.

Hey Girls! I'm so glad you all like the thread idea! Congrats to those of you who've already dropped some weight! Good job!Oh... and when you post your accomplishments, be sure to either quote your 'goal post' or rewrite what your goal was so that we can see your progress without having to search for the original post.

Tip: Try Dasani if you haven't yet! I used to HATE drinking water! So flavorless lol! ...until I discovered Dasani! It really tastes different and has helped me to increase my H2O intake

great motivator...I'd like to lose 8 lbs by the time I take my engagement pics the first week of November...overall I'd like to lose a total of 10-15 lbs, but I need to tone my upper body...I'm on my way to the gym right now!

Just lost 16.2 pounds (yes I'm holding on to that .2!), I went in with no goal in mind except to feel better about myself. The 16 pounds took me 5 months of ups and downs, but I couldn't be happier. Here's a great tip that worked wonders for me : instead of starting your points at breakfast and ending at dinner, I start with dinner and end at lunch the next day. That way if I overdo it at dinner I know I need to have a light breakfast and light lunch the next day.

I would like to lose 5lbs by the end of this month. I start going to the gym and then I just stop again. I made a goal this week to go to the gym 3 day (start off slow)....So far I have not gone @ all, now I have to go tonight (9pm), tomorrow & Saturday to meet my goal......I really need to tone my belly and my legs. I have a wedding to attend on the 29th and hope to be fit by then... Wish me luck.

I had my weigh in yesterday, down 1.4 this week. :)My short term goal is 20 lbs by January. 18.6 to go.
