Ideas or pictures for how to present donation favors?

We are going to have candy apples as our favors and also do a donation. Any pictures or suggestions on how to do this??

You could attach a little card to the ribbon on the apple or make little scrolls.

You could also post frames on each table or at the placecard table stating that a donation has been made.

We're making a donation with no favors and we're putting frames at the place card table.

We are doing the exact same thing. We're attaching our placecards to the stems of the caramel apples and scrolling the donation certificates and putting them at each person's placesetting. Since it's fall we used raffia for both and it came out awesome.
