How do you merge rows in Excel?????

highlight the two rows, right click, go to 'format cells', the alignment tab, and then under text control there is a checkbox for merge cells..HTH

1. click both rows that you wanna merge,

2. then 'format cell'

3. 'alignment' tab

4. checkbox option to merge cells.

highlight the rows ------ right click ------- format cells ---------- alignment ------------- check off merge cells

When highlighting the rows, be sure to highlight the row itself, not just the cells...

I just have to say... I've never seen the words 'Guys' and 'Excel' next to each other!
