Still looking for a hall? Woodbury Country Club RAVE!

Ladies, if you are still looking, Def. check out WCC. OMG! I went for a tasting on Friday, and the food was incredible! We sampled most of what they will serve for cocktail hour. Plus the grounds are spectacular! (we've never seen it at night)

Bob, our BM is the best! (Ask for him if you go) We got there early, and he made sure we had drinks and something to munch on while we waited. Although we was busy, he never made us feel rushed, and he was around the entire time to answer all of the questions I had (a lot) even though I don't know how he did it - as he has overseeing a wedding set up in the next room! He by no means sounded like a 'used car Salesman' (as was previously posted). He takes a lot of pride in his job, and it shows. He went out of his way to impress us, even though we had already booked, so we were a done deal.

Everything was fresh, and yummy. FH's cousin's who were with us, could not belieive how much food there was, or the quality of it. Their bar was top notch too. I haven't had a Malibu bay breeze so good in a while!

All of us WCC Brides have nothing to worry about!
I can't wait! just 177 more days....

Yippee. I'll vouch for WCC. We had our wedding there and Bob was our BM also. He was fantastic and our wedding was perfect from beginning to end. You have nothing to worry about. Enjoy!!!!

As a past WCC bride (married July 2003), I can tell you from my own personal experience, they made my day magical!

They were wonderful to deal with from start to finish, from booking (over 2 years in advance), to tastings, to the week of my wedding - they made sure every detail was just perfect.

The staff was exceptional, especially on our wedding day. We arrived very early, and they were ready for us, with cold drinks in hand!

No complaints here!!

And it's so beautiful and so well kept, I have pictures that I will treasure forever!

Yes!! Same here. Have any more info. on the New Year's bash?? I looked on the website and didn't see anything.

AS FAR AS HOTELS, check out Huntington Hilton (we stayed there and loved it). There's also a Best Western and a few other hotels close by too. Here's a link to the WCC thread if you want to check it out.
