Who wants to see my menu choices?? (Don't read if you're hungry!! LOL)

Menu is picked ladies! I'm so excited! here is a yummy breakdown of our food!!!

for CH: tons of regular stuff like butler style passed hors d'oeuvres, cold canapes, san gennaro table, vegetable..cheese...fruit cold displays....and a special dish they are making cause i'm peruvian....ceviche!

we had to choose 8 chafing dishes and here they are:
Spanish Paella
Chicken Francese
Fired Calamari
Beef Bourguignonne (sauteed sirloin with a red wine sauce, cooked with button mushrooms, pearl onions)
Pasta Primavera (for the vegeterians)
Fruitt di Mare Fra Diavolo (seafood)
Sausage & Peppers
Arroz con Pollo

Carving Station: Marinated London Broil

Pasta Station: Tortellini Alfredo alla Romano

DINNER:

Appetizer: Vegetable Tower: marinated and grilled baby eggplant, green zucchini, yellow squash, sliced vine-tipe beefsteak tomato, homemade mozzarella, a large portagella mushroom, all topped with a fresh sprig of rosemary and painted with a vinaigrette drizzle

Salad: Caesar

Intermezzo: Lemon sorbet topped with Midori liqueur and sprig of fresh mint

Entree choices:
Angus Rib-eye--select prime ribs of beef, roasted with garden vegetables, fine herbs and toppede with its natural juices

Poulet de la Princesse: boneless breast of chicken baked in a sherry wine sauce topped with fresh asparagus spears and melted mozzarella cheese

Sole Oreganata: cold water fillet broiled in a traditional butter, lemon, and white wine sauce, topped with Italian style bread crumbs

All entrees served with herb roasted red potatoes and fresh steamed string beans with julienne carrots

Dessert: Strawberry-Amaretto Glace: vanilla ice cream served with a seasonal berry sauce, fresh whipped cream, and topped with toasted Italian cookies.

Wedding Cake: yellow sponge cake with cannolli and chocolate mousse filling

there it is ladies!!! i can't believe this is the menu, it's set, and this is what my guests will be eating in 2 1/2 months!!!!!!!

Well you warned us....'dont read if you are hungry' and guess what? I read it and I was hungry and now im HUNGRier!!! AHHH..nice choices tho...yummy!

Everything sounds soo yummy, and I bet it will be. We just bought our menu paper, so we can get started on printing them up.
