Posting a pic using Print Screen?

I know someone on this site at some point explained how you can still post a pic even if the web site won't let you copy and paste it. You can get around it by using the print screen button. . .but I forgot what she said to do..

can anyone help?

Just click the print screen button on your computer and paste it into a program such as paint and then save it to your desktop. Then you can add it to your album or upload it.
