Hi girls! I am now motivated after seeing some Christmas pics of me

Anyway, I want to buy a piece of cardio equipment from my home. What would you recommend to get the best workout and where in Suffolk would you buy one?

When I used to go to the gym, I loved to use the Elliptical machine. I believe you can get one in Sears. I have a treadmill in my basement but I think the elliptical will give you a better cardio workout.

my Fh and I bought an elliptical machine as our gift for Christmas... We ordered it from Sports Authority online...

Last year I bought a great treadmill when Sears was having a sale. I love mine. I just saw advertised on tv that they are having another fitness sale, maybe check there?
