On a roll! WW brides come in!

Just got home and tonight was my weekly weigh in and I'm down 3 pounds!!!!

Just a small feat but a feat nonetheless! Only another 13 to go!!!

YAY congrats

great job...Actually anywhere from 2-4 pounds is what you are supposed to lose a week, if you lose too much more than that then its actually more likely you'll put the weight back on...I lost 8 pounds in one week once but that was because i had started my pilates routine but after that it was about 2-3 pounds a week. Keep up the good work

me well i ate better today.. adn drank at least 3 bottles of water.. its better then 4 coups of coffee and NO water...

its the small steps that count... the next 13 will be a jiffy!

Congrats!! I know from experience that WW is definitely the way to go. I lost 40 pounds 3 years ago and I still haven't put it back on. Keep up the good work!

I'll be happy if I even drop to a 1/2 a pound a week so long as it's continuous. WW says average for their program is a 1/2 pound to a pound and 2 pounds a week so this larger drop was a nice surprise. But it's probably because I started my FIRM routine. Either way I'll take it!

I just stated mine a little under 2 weeks ago(about 9 days total)..and i've lost a total of 5..so thats definately possible
