What is the funniest thing that happened at your wedding?

Apparently the drunk guy pooping his pants at my wedding was pretty super for everyone else. Also one of the groomsmen running around looking for a condom was quite comical

wow, can't beat that! i was going to say my 10 year old nephew catching the garter and having to put it on my BM... everyone was lauging and enjoyed that.

when DH pulled up his kilt and showed his leg and then I did it because in our BM's speech he said 'Doesn't Dave has sexy legs'.

I might have you beat....my DH's cousin who is gay and 'married' to his significant other caught the garter and put it on my BM (he made a big show out of it, he is an actor), who was about to get proposed to that night(that is another story, but not funny, it just pissed me off).
We were hysterical, especially everyone on his side ofthe family that knew. I can't wait to see that part of the video. I already have it planned that I am going to fastforward to that part the first time we watch it.


I couldn't have asked for a better person to catch the garter. It made the night.

The CP game, seriously. The MC had a guy from each table take out a dollar and they passed it around the table. So the ladies who ended up with it won the CP; same ol' thing, right? Wrong!!

So then the MC goes OK guys now you have to line up and girls 'hold those dollars up high' and he made the guys dance to get their dollars back!!

One of our GM was single and wanted all the single ladies to know it. When he was introduced into the reception with his partner (my cousin who was a bridesmaid) he held up a big sign that said 'Single'. Everyone thought it was so funny.

not my wedding, my best friend's wedding. I was MOH and we were on the alter- she noticed she had a spider in her veil, so as quietly as I could I got it out- so we giggled about it...THEN, it was near her shoes....but not close enough to get it away...then it began crawling towardds the groom...meanwhile we are all looking at this thing, it was so big... large enough that the bridal party saw it from the first pew... A definite distraction

Finally, the priest walked over during his sermon and stepped on it and continued like nothing happened. We were all saying after... isnt he suppossed to love all of god's creatures!

My nephew (who is 20) totally missed the fact that his own mother caught the bouquet. So he went after the garter and got it. I begged them to redo it because I could not watch him putting the garter on his own mom. Thankfully, they did!

I did not want DH to smear my face with cake - he fed me the cake in my mouth, and pretended to go for my face. I stepped back, stepping on my dress, and went straight down on my @ss!!!

My brother-in-law falling into the bushes outside then falling asleep on the steps up to our bridal suite and DH finding him and having to carry him to the car.

not at the reception but at the actual Church ceremony...our best man's 13 y/o brother is a bit slow (but we all treat him as if he were completely normal with no special treatment). i guess we should've explained the whole 'wedding' thing to him cause during the sign of peace he got up from the pew and went around and shook everyone's hand...i mean everyone! and then proceeded to come up to the alter and hi five his brother (our best man) and give 'pounds' to DH and give me the peace sign. everyone was laughing so hard (not at him but just because it was so cute). he held up the ceremony a good 10 mins. needless to say, they cut it out of our video but we watch it on the unedited tape and crack up everytime!!!!

we had the garter throwing rigged... and wanted a certain groomsman to catch it-- all the guys knew it and had a plan to step back so Michael could get it.... you can see this on the video-- the guys are all huddled except for DH's drunk cousin dancing around totally oblivious to the fact that he was supposed to be listening.... when DH threw the garter it went directly to michael-- but DH's cousin ran in front of him and got swiped it!!! Michael's face was like ***?? when DH ran over to hima nd was like why didnt he catch it- michael yells ' HE F***ing RAN IN FRONT OF ME' everyone heard it-- everyone laughed and its on the video forever!!!!

the funniest part is DH's cousin who has a GF stormed out and he didnt give a crap-- he still went ahead and had fun putting the garter on my MOH....

In the ceremony, it may have been that my train kept on getting stuck around the podium when I walked around DH 7 times.

At the reception, Id have to say that the funniest moment was when the bandleader announced that he was playing Bon Jovi upon our request. My MOH was BJ's manager and it was supposed to be a gag on her. We requested 'Living on a Prayer,' and we heard the beginning riff for 'Wanted Dead or Alive.' We quickly stopped the song and the band recovered well. I think it was a simple miscommunication. At that point, DH and I decided it is our civic duty to pick out innappropriate songs played at weddings.

i made such a face when i drank the wine during the ceremony. i hate wine. also, i had no voice. i lost my voice the day before. everyone said that's how my nerves came out
