They stopped 'STOPPING' for a while, but they started up again last yr. Originally, DH and I had to book a flight to St Lucia [For HM] but it was supposed to stop. A few months be4 the HM, our travel agent said they just came out with a non-stop to St Lucia, duration of 4 1/2 hours, on Air Jamiaca, so we took it. It was ok, but I couldn;t stand the flight, the seats were so uncomftorable....However my frriend was supposed to be goin to St Lucia this summer and she hasnt been able to find a non stop flight. and we're goin to antigua and there are NO non-stop flights.....................weird....

You girls are going to LOVEEEEEEE st. lucia! its 'simply beautiful!' we stayed at the regency, its gorgeous, but the Grande is just as nice. Halcon is very small............................

i just booked today

i didnt book the flights BUT we booked the land

anyway, my TA said that we will probably take an Air Jamaica flight out of JFK, it stops in Barbados for about 50 minutes and you do not get out of the plane and then in another 40 minutes you are in St Lucia!

i like that better than having to change planes bc then if your first plane is late you cant make your second plane, this way kind of stinks bc it is SO close but i like it better

of course, direct flights CAN start up again if there is a demand ( that is what my TA said)

We booked to St Lucia but used miles for a free flight on Delta so we have a layover in Atlanta. But I saw there were some non stops on AirJamaica, but I think the non stops were only on weekdays. We're staying at a smaller all inclusive, Rendevous.

I can't wait!! Only 3 more months!

My TA said that we couldn't get a non stop to St. Lucia. We are leaving from JFK, going to Puerto Rico then to St. Lucia. I am not crazy about stopping. I am always afraid that they are going to lose our luggage. I hope for the best.

you can fly non-stop, I just did on our honeymoon last month. the direct flights are about an hour drive away on winding roads

You can fly direct to St.Lucia but only on Sundays. We wanted to do that but we are getting married on Saturday and it was too rushed to leave for the honeymoon early Sunday.

We have a direct fligh on Air Jamaica to and from St. Lucia The Sandals rep hooked us up nice

How is Air Jamaica? We're going to be booking our honeymoon this week! Hopefully a couple of days at Ladera, then the rest at Sandals Grande.

And does anyone have a travel agent they recommend? We usually book our own travel through the Internet but my fiance thought it might be a good idea to use a travel agent this time round.
