Templates for Candle Table numbers!!!!! HELP

Does anyone have a template or know how to make the overlay for table number candles? I'm pulling my hair out here because I can't figure out how to get it right!!

Do you mean how to make the vellum paper to cover those long religous candles?

You can just use regular vellum paper and trim the top..it doesn't have to be even, because you ribbon will cover it. The paper will just need to be wrapped around the candlE FOR My e paryt
