How is everyone doing with there responses from their invitations?

Mine are coming in really well also, too well.
We have about 110 so far, only 2 that said no.
i am hoping for a few more no's because we invited so many people

I have about 70 something. I hope to have 150. Sept 12 is the last day we put for responses.

I have 10 people coming and 1 no but I just mailed mine last Thursday! They are due by Sept. 30.

Isn't it exciting to come home and see what's waiting for you!

We heard back from about 60% - all of our single friends are waiting til the last minute so they can decide on who their bringing as dates!

I hope to hear from the remaining people soon though - the deadline is in 2 weeks.

Just to let you guys know to be patient!
My wedding is September 27th and out response date was Monday and we STILL don't have them all back!! Have 5 more to get!!! ]
What's wrong with people!?
These people are FAMILY!! (cousins mostly)

Definitely be patient - My wedding is 9/20 (replies due back 8/10) and I still don't have them all. By the "respond back by" date we only had half the replies! I have divided up the guest list and given names out to my mom and my FH's mom to make calls. Hopefully, your families aren't as bad as mine!

We have 85 out of 153 people coming so far. That is why I put my response date early (9/9) so I can give the late comers some time without having me to freak out!

webinoct, don't feel bad. I have 80 yes replies and my response date is Sept. 13th...

I'm trying to be patient!

I just get excited when I get home and everday there are 1 or 2 waiting for me!

Oh my gosh - I feel sick after reading this.

My response date is 9/9 and we only have 30% of the responses in. Only 2 nos so far but where are the rest?

ME TOO! My due date is 9/1 and right now I only have 60% back so annoying. ofcourse some are family I know about, like my bro and my in-laws but anyway, I really don't want to have to call too many people......

I don't get it - I'd be humiliated to receive a phone call asking if we can respond to the wedding - that is unless we never rec'd the invitation or it got lost in the mail. How embarrassing for them!

Teri, I totally agree! I just think people forget and say oh I have time or whatever. I mean you know or you don't if you have something else going on, no??? It is totally frustrating, but some have never been through this or forget what it is like on our end when they don't respond!

I've gotten so annoyed with people, I spent so much in postage and some people feel they don't have to send a response. We called up a few people and they were like, "well, yeah we're coming, we thought you knew that" DUH!!!! Then we have the same problem with others not sure if they are bringing a date or not, Ugh.....tick-tock.....we had to go to our "B-list" already because people haven't gotten back to us & I'm afraid we won't make the minimum. I think family members seem to be the worst, at least the single males that is!!!

Yes, I forgot to add that since my FH and I are going through this, we both commented that we'll never again wait til the rsvp deadline to respond - we'll always get back to them asap, cause we now know how it feels!

I too got the response "oh I thought you knew we were coming" I still haven't heard from 2 bridal party members! Hello - they still have to return the little card so my numbers aren't off! LOL

We have gotten back about 50 responses, like 103 yes's and 6 nos. We are totally hoping for more no's because we invited more than the hall can hold. I've been holding out on my work people invites hoping for more no's - but really I pretty much have to invite them, I'm a little panicked! Overall I'd say we have half of our responses back and our response date is 9/5, for our 10/12 wedding.

I sent my invites out on the 9th of August my RSVP date is Sept 21, my wedding is Oct 20th. So far I got back 18 no's & 76 yes' - I've also had a bunch of verbal yes', but I'm not counting them till I have the card! I made my RSVP date early because I know I'll be stressing if it gets too close. We are paying for 150 people because of our room minimum, once we reach that I'll be happy.
This is a little more stressful than I thought it would be!

This has been my biggest stressor...We invited 202 people, but the room only holds 160. We thought we would get a ton of no's because just about everyone is from out of town (including me and FH...LOL) but so far people we thought would definately not come are comming!! AND some people have decided themselves to bring along a guest even thought we DID NOT invite them with a guest!!! What is with these people. I really hope we get more no's.

If anyone is having trouble meeting their minimum can I send some of my people?? LOL

13 responses yesterday and only one no but TWO extras that weren't invited!

I wish I had that problem!! I'm worried that I'm going to have to pay full price for the staff & children under 12 because we might not have enough to make our minimum, URGH!!!!
