Is it true that you drop pounds right b4 the wedding?

I always hear girls get so stressed out towards the end that they automatically shed pounds.

Is this true?

I've neglected the whole wedding diet thing. Now it's 7 weeks until the wedding and I have my first fitting next week.

If that happens to me, it'll be a miracle!

I can't see me being so stressed I don't eat, but I can see me eating only chocolate for the week before my wedding.

It's true for some people and isn't for others. It depends on how you handle stress. There's no hard-and-fast rule.

We ended up not having a lot of time for eating with last minute errands and things so we ended up grabbing fast food a lot.

I didn't...I was sick but eating and couldn't work out so was really bummed!!!!

I did, but that was also because we bought a condo one month before the wedding so between getting settled and the wedding, sooo stressed out!

I've heard that but I eat a lot of junk when I'm stressed and end up putting on weight!

I lost weight about 6 months before the wedding...right before the wedding my weight did not budge...

I think it depends on the person. I lost weight ebfore my sisters wedding! haha. but nothing significant. My dress had been fitted and was still fine. Same thing with her.

Btw my last fitting and the ready, I lost a little weight around the waist as my dress wasn't as tight as it once was during the fittings and my one strap fell down twice, but I really wouldn't worry about it!
