Transition from Bride to Newlywed board
Hi everyone! This is my first time on the newlywed board! I've only been married for 19 days, so I'm ready to keep up-to-date on this board and get more great advice! We're off to a good start in our marriage . . . my hubby lost his wedding band in the water in Aruba. Yup, only ten days and he lost it already! It's actually funny and I'm not upset about it, but I thought I'd share.

Re: Transition from Bride to Newlywed board
Welcome to newlywed life!
I'm glad to hear that you have a good attitude about your dh losing his wedding band... it's not THAT big a deal... there are far worse things that can happen. Did you enjoy yourself otherwise??

You'll never believe this!
When my hubby lost his ring, a woman there told us that she will be vacationing there for the next two weeks and she'd look for us. This morning she called and SHE FOUND IT!!!!!! I cannot even believe this!!! We're so excited!
We had the best honeymoon! I'm excited to be on this board!

Welcome 02bride to what we like to call the sainer side of the board
Happy to hear that your husband's wedding band was found. My husband's band flew off his hand while playing volleyball in the pool on our honeymoon. Someone else heard it and we were able to find it. Thank goodness.

Re: You'll never believe this!
Thanks everyone! The woman who found it is from the Netherlands. She is going to send it to us soon. She can barely speak english and she was so cute when she told us she found it. She said she kept looking and looking and she found it in the sand about 10 feet from the shore at Baby Beach.
Kim, we stayed at La Cabana and the Aruba Beach Club.
