PAST CLM BRIDES -- question about minimums!!!!

Our minimum for the downstairs room is 150 but it looks like we're only going to have around 142. Did anyone else not make thier minimum and did they accomodate you in anyway (liek throwing something else in or anything like that?)??

I'd hate to pay for 8 more people and have it be a waste of $$ -- thats an extra $800 for nothing.

who are you working with?? I would call them and see if they can work with you! I am sure they will they are awesome!!!!!!

When you say you have 142 is that before or after you included vendors? If it's before then you might be able to slide with that. Are there any people you left out that you could invite?

Also from your count, it looks like you are still waiting for about 20 people to respond? Or have you heard from all of them?

If you are still under when you go to make the final payment talk to Nick or Lou (whoever your BM is) find out if there is anything they can help you with... If not, make sure they give you those 8 meals!!!!

If you couldn't get the count up to 150, and they said there was nothing that they could do make sure they give you those 8 dinners!

That number is NOT including our 6 vendors. But technically, we pay 1/2 price for vendors, so does that mean they only count as 3?

We also tried to invite extra people, but no one accepted. So at this point, we're done inviting.

i am pretty sure the contract says that vendors are half off after you meet your minium ... also ill go to your wedding if you want so you dont waste the plates!!!

Those vendors count as people as far as I know. I can't imagine them telling you that vendors only count as half a person...Or maybe I'm wrong.
Either way talk to your BM hopefully they will be able to hook you up...

i just read it it says AFTER you meet the min. house vedors are free and any onther vendors are half off

So then your vendors I guess will make up for 6 slots out of the 8 you need if you have to pay full price for them.

Awww Jenn I'm sorry! I bet Nick, Lou or whoever you're working with would let the vendors count...and might throw in some things! They are all so sweet!

Your day is almost here!!! So excited for you I can hardly stand it!!! Can't wait to see pics...you are gonna look INCREDIBLE!!
