My mother bought me one for Christmas! I love it. I started taking it at a gym, now I can do it at-home with DVDs.

Re: Wedding Workout
eat between 1200-1400 calories a day, drink tons of water, and try to workout, if you cant workout, at least take walks throughout the day. i lost 30 pounds from january to end of april doing this. its a really healthy and consistant way to lose weight. i got the 'diet' from a nutritionist.

Re: Wedding Workout
I also second the weight watchers programs...I have been doing the core plan since last year. I lost 15 pounds. I am a pretty little person so i didnt want to lose much more than that...its great, easy and if you stick to it, it works! Also, I recommend taking spinning classes if you have gym access. I teach a couple of days a week and it is a great way to do some cardio and stay motivated for an hour!

Re: Wedding Workout
the diet i've mentioned is realistic and is better if you're not willing to wait 5 months to lose 10 pounds. it was recommended to me by a nutritionist
