Zazzle.com Stamps

So I received the stamps we ordered from zazzle.com. Well they are effing HUGE and the .41 cent stamp will take up the entire envelope. I freaked out a bit. I called zazzle.com and we reordered the stamps in small rather than large something that FH and I overlooked when ordering. oops! At least this was all fixable. Customer service was extremely nice and is sending them overnight to us for free.

I'm happy they atleast worked with you thats good news. I ordered from them & love my stamps.

Wow, I'm surprised they fixed it for free - surprised in a good way! That is awesome customer service!

So you'd say the large was too big for the invitation envelope or for the RSVP envelope (or both)?

Yea the large was definitely too big for our invitation and the RSVP. We ordered small. I wasnt sure about the medium sized and i didnt want to take the chance of going thru this again.

Yup, always order the stamps from them in SMALL size.

I cut paper into the dimensions they gave before we ordered ours... otherwise they wouldn't have fit on our response envelopes!

Im so glad you got it taken care of!
Most ppl dont realize zazzle stamps are GINORMOUS so its good youre getting the word out. Its one reason I didnt order. Plus I didnt feel like paying more for stamps than I needed or designing my own. I used 2 .41cent stamps i love and go with our theme and colors!

The good thing is that now they offer three diffferent sizes - I'm sure a lot of people were unhappy about the ginormous ones.
