Party Bus
Is anyone getting a party bus instead of a limo? If so how many does it seat and if you dont mind about how much are you paying - you can forum mail it to me if you dont mind.I am having a bridal party of 18 plus us would be 20, so we want something roomy enough and I dont want 2 cars, I want to hang with everyone.
Thanks
Kimberly

Re: Party Bus
Rosie,We had thought about that but went with the Escalade limo and a RR for Matt and I. Matt had found a good deal on buses. I will call him and tell him to post it.

Re: Party Bus
Why don't you look into an SUV? That is what we are going to do. They fit anywhere between 22-28 (depending on the truck). They run approx. $700-$900.

Re: Party Bus
I am looking into the party bus also. I think that this is the best idea, What I like best about it is that everyone can stand up. In the SUV you have to bend down then slide all the way down. Pretty much my whole bridal party is very tall, that would not be very comfortable. I have priced 3 different companys all said 750 for 3 hours. They say they fits 18 to 22 people. But, you have to judge your bridal party. If you have some heavier people or your dress is very large, you may not be comfortable. I am having the same problem, we have 19 in the party plus us. So we have to look into it. any other qyuestions you can send me mail.

Re: Party Bus
I got a party bus too, because of what Ksulli said. It's an hour long ride to the reception and I want everyone to be able to stand and if need be, go to the bathroom. We were told that it would seat 25 people comfortably.
I can't remember what the price was on the bus.
I'm using Royalty as well.
We're paying $1500 which includes a 20% tip for the bus and the 58 Caddy for 3 hours
He didn't charge us for the hour it would take to get into the city.

Re: Party Bus
We used a party bus for our wedding (we drove back from the reception in it). We got ours from Classic Transportation (www.classictrans.com) and I think it was $850 + tax & tip for 5 hours. The bus was awesome --> it's unbelievably huge. It was outfitted just like a limo with couches and all. The seats faced each other -- so it was great for conversation. It did bounce a bit, but nothing too outrageous. You could totally walk around in it. It didn't have a bathroom though.

Re: Party Bus
we used the party bus and loved it. everyone was so comfortable and raving about it. god forbid it should rain on your day, you will be so happy you don't have to crouch on the ground to get into a limo. It was hard though with the rain to only have one driver, lots of trips back and forth with the umbrella...

Re: Party Bus
also, after dropping us off at the hall, we sent it to the hotel to pick up our guests, this was a huge hit. Afterwards we had a van to bring them back.
