Wash or not wash hair for trial?

Hi,

Ok, hair & makeup trial tonight. I washed my hair Monday and was going to wash it today as I usually skip a day. But was thinking with hair trial tonight, maybe I better wait until tomorrow?

What do you think?

Ask the person doing the trial how they like it. Many prefer it to be 'dirty'.

My Stylist told me not to wash it that day but I can wash it the day before the trial

dont wash on the day you are getting the trial.

Don't wash. They prefer it since hair is better to style that way.

Hmmm well Im gonna do exactly what i plan to do for the wedding and that is washing it the afternoon before the wedding. So maybe do exactly what you plan to do for the actual day

once again I will be the lone dissenter

Do whatever you would normally do. Everyone told me I couldn't wash my hair for my trial or wedding and I was nervous b/c my scalp gets oily & my hair feels gross if I skip a day and I obviously didn't want that for my wedding. Mia did my hair and said she had never been asked about that before! She said to do whatever I normally do..so I washed my hair for the trial AND wedding and it lasted all night for both!

Since you normally skip a day maybe not washing won't be an issue for you...for me it was.

Definitly do not wash it. it holds better. They will most likely tell you on your wedding day to not wash it to wash it the morning before.
