How is the GS tonight around 830 ish...will there be alot of traffic?

well which way are you heading on the Parkway? Southbound could be heavy because of shore traffic. Northbound shouldn't be a problem.

Southbound should be fine by 8:30 pm. We drive down every Friday, so I am very familiar with the GS.

Im a Jersey girl, although I live in the city now...

To answer your question....Im spending the weekend with family, and was going to drive in tonight around that time. I said to myself'what are you crazy???', theres going to be so much traffic!

We drive down to South Jersey pretty much every Friday. We usually leave around 6pm and hit a few pockets of traffic here and there, but it really hasn't been too bad. By 8:30, it should be fine.

I've found that the GS is not nearly as bad as trying to drive out to Long Island on a Friday in the summer!
