OMG you'll never believe what just happened

DH and I ordered new bedroom furniture over a week ago from JCPenny. When we ordered they told us that in 7 - 14 days a shipping company would contact us to schedule delivery. We dont need the furniture delivered until the end of September. Well I never received a call and my MIL just called me saying a truck is here with our furniture

I got on the phone with them and told them they never called me and we cant take the furniture right now! We have no where to put it. Where did they ever get the idea that they could just show up without calling????? What if no one was home? Absolutely rediculous! They said they'd take it back to the warehouse til september, which is fine, but my poor MIL almost freaked out

I can't believe they didn't call you first!!!!!

At least they're able to store it until September. Just make sure to find out if there are any storage fees!!!

wow they should have called u first! That is rediculous....
Were the opposite, were still waiting for our kitchen set which was supposed to come the middle of july and its still not here!!!!!

Jeez! It's funny cause if you wanted it within 7-14 days it would have been back ordered until the end of september LOL!!!
