NWR: Kite Runner

I am struggling to finish this book...has anyone else read it? I read so many books and since this one was so popular and people raved about it, I decided to read it...long story short...I cannot wait to finish...FH asks why I don't just not finish it...but I am on page 277...I can't stop now

im the same way with Running with Scissors

i started and its ok...but like all my friends loved it but im a dean koontz fan and its weird but it just isnt as good as id hoped...so i cant finish...

(sorry girls who loved it)

My FH is reading it. . .so far he said it was pretty good--mmm I have to ask him what page he is on-lol!

I bought it recently and am about halfway through, but I'm not loving it.... I haven't read it in a couple of days, usually I devour books, this one not so much...

I know. . .I picked up Patterson's 'The Quickie' but I though the ending was disappointing. . .I feel bad b/c I told everyone the book was awesome . . .and towards the end. . .it got weird!

I read it a few years ago when it came out and I thought it was a great book. You can do it. I hear they are making a movie.

I read Kite Runner a few years ago and flew through it! I LOVED it!! I really would like to read his newest novel!

I stopped reading Kite Runner after the first few chapters even though everyone loves it. I think Running with Scissors was completely bizarre but couldn't stop reading.

Did anyone read The Glass Castle?
