Day Wedding's

Hi Ladies...Ok Iam stressing out a bit...Imy wedding reception is from 12:30-6pm. Iam worried that because it's a day wedding my guests aren't going to want to get loose and party like a night wedding. I know I have to focus on a really good DJ who will set the mood. Any suggestions PLEASE??? Thank you

It is a wedding they will party. I have been to many day weddings and they were just as much fun as evening weddings. Don't worry

I've been to a day wedding at the fox hollow & it was fun!

I remember that the lights were a little dim so give the room a darker feel.

I'm having a day wedding & I'm using high voltage sounds.

Maybe you can call a few different Dj's & request a showcase(i think that's what it's called)

A DJ we met with tried to convince us to switch to night - i think its rediculous! i think everyone will have a GREAT time no matter when the wedding is!

i had a day wedding from 11:15 a.m. (ceremony) until 5 pm (end of reception)

TRUST ME.....pppl PARTIED!!!!! our DJ was beyond amazing and everyone had the best time.

we used Elegancia Entertainment. they are predominantly a hispanic/multi-cultural DJ, but i know they have done more than just 'spanish' weddings, they are out of this world

I was worried about this too. Hopefully I find a good DJ who will get people on the dance floor. I'm telling everyone they HAVE to dance or I'll become a Bridezilla on their a$$

We had a day wedding and it did not matter in the least. So many people drank (a lot) and since have told me it was the best wedding they have ever been to. I was skeptical too at first, but have not regretted it one bit.

I can't say enough about my DJ...he was a referral from a fellow 08 bride & i adore him!!!

He was a club DJ before getting into the wedding business as a favor for a family friend..

DJ Gaza - he's not a vendor on here. He's based out of Brooklyn & his packages are all inclusive. He doesn't do the give-aways or anything like fog or light show...just makes the party move with great music!!!

He gave us 5 cd's when we met with him to show us how he mixes his music from song to song. One of them is now permanently in my car & i haven't taken it out since.

FM me for my price - but it's all inclusive - Ceremony music, cocktail hour music & reception...

My wedding was during the day time and I just watched my wedding video-that dance floor was always filled with people. I had a fantasic DJ who did my friend's wedding. Everyone commented on what a great wedding my wedding was and that the DJ was fabulous. People are still talking about my wedding to this day!

Day wedding is the same as evening night wedding (maybe the price for evening wedding is slightly higher)

I choose day wedding because I'm getting married in a private beach. We visited our RH both day and night and I like day better because we can definitely see the view/background /the beach(which is what we are paying for).

One thing that we are missing is the sunset but my photog is going to stay with us for after party and take us to another private beach to get a shot or 2 of the sunset. HTH

People will party no matter what time of day it is! Good music, free liquor - does it really matter if it's day or night?

I've been plenty of day weddings - all of which I've had a great time at!

nah your fine its on a sat...sun maybe would be an issue with the partying...
