whoever posted about this breakfast is my new best friend....

1 lite english muffin (appx 100 cal)
1 egg white (i made mine omelete style with cooking spray)
1/2 lite Laughing Cow spreadable cheese wedge

it was great. I started doing Slim Fast and they suggest that you have 1 slim fast combo meal a day (about 150 cals) so this is what i had for bfast and i had the shake about 2 hours later bc i wasn't in the mood for it with bfast bc this filled me up. Thank you to whoever posted about it!!!

I swear....i am sticking to this. I don't want to be like that cake topper

yum... that sounds good right now! I've slacked on my diet and i really have to get going again. I wanted to lose a big chunk by my eparty..but thats sneaking up on me fast.. at least i have over a yr til the wedding...lolol

good to know!! I need to go on a diet and was planning on doing it for the 1 yr mark...maybe I'll start early with this. It's the excercise part that kills me...I have no energy!! after work and dishes and laundry and dinner and wedding planning...forget it! I'm wiped.
