I checked it out
and I have a Prob of 42 for Rain
Not what I wanted but better then over 50

12 Prob for Snow

I have 30% probablity of rain and 4% probability of snow - if I am going to have any percipitation - I would rather it be snow!!! (Fits in better with my winter theme!)
