I keep trying to check the forecast but I think everyone is trying to play it safe and not comment much about it yet.

I went to college near Buffalo and one winter we got over 40 inches of snow, all the long islanders went crazy, but to them it was nothing! Barely any schools closed or anything. What a difference from here when they say we're getting a few inches and everyone starts going to store to stock up on canned food and water

Dani - what about when it snows in the south. I think about 2 years ago Atlanta got ONE INCH of snow but because they don't know what to do with it and have maybe one snow plow all the schools and govt offices were closed. LOL

Edited to say - I would MAYBE get a day off if we got 20 inches of snow!!

W/ my job we get in trouble if we call in on a bad snowstorm. If we say we can't drive in they'll send a truck w/ 4WD to come and get you and bring you to the hospital

I don't want it to snow Thursday either. I have family thats flying home from business that day and I don't want them to be stranded somewhere.

I doubt it will snow here, but I wish it would!

My sister lived in New Orleans a few yrs ago, and they got 1/2 inch - everyone panicked!!! Schools were closed, offices shut down, it was hysterical!

I hope we get a decent amount so we can test out our new snow plow!!!

FH spent about 6 hours putting it together and hooking it up to the tractor this past Sunday.
