DIY Card Box- Not Too Many People Check the DIY Board!

Here is my DIY Card Box... There is no slot to put the card in, but it will be behind my table, so most people will probably just hand them to us. Also it doubles as storage for after the wedding!

AC Moore! lol, I get everything from there.
Supply List:
Wood Box
Wood Letters
Gold paint(make sure the color is 'pure gold' or '14k gold')
Rub On Gold Leaves
Wedding Sayings sticker(near the scrapbooking)

The only thing I didn't get a AC Moore was the paint for the base of the box. I couldn't find a good ivory paint at AC Moore. I went to Ace Hardware and bought a sample size of wall paint called 'ala Mode' and it worked really well.

I'm glad everyone likes it so much!!!

ETA: and Elmer's wood glue for the letters!

came out awesome! you should make more and sell them on ebay...I think there is a serious lack of different and beautiful card boxes. I told FH to get me the supplies to make my own.

LOL, do it, it was soooo easy and you can store wedding memories in it after the wedding is over too!!!
