House Hunters...

I guess I watch a lot of TV bc most lof my posts tonight have been about tv shows. Oh well, anyone watch House hunters?? i love this show. we have started looking around but i cant wait to really be 100% serious about it!

I watch that show all the time. My fh can't stand it b/c he deals with mortgages all day long, the last thing he wants to watch with me is a show about buying a house

hahaha gotcha! i love it but sometimes I want to say 'what are these people thinking???' (the homeowner) the colors they use and their decor are HORRIBLE!!!!

I have never seen it. FH has no real clue on what the price of a home is!! He has no idea of extra cost to buy a house and what it takes to maintain the home!

I love house hunters. I always tell my FH that one day well move to one of these places. I keep a list of all the area's that we liked.

My FH andI just bought a condo in Whitestone!!! IT's brand new. It won't be ready til April 08. We're SOOO EXCITED!

FH & I LOVE Both shows!!! Flip that house and House Hunters!!! We are in the process of looking now and it has really good tips!!

One thing we can't stand is the fact that the houses are Soooooooooooo much cheaper on that show than the houses/condo/co-op's here in NY!!!

It stinks!!!

One day we will have that dream house!!@

I'm addicted to HGTV too!

My faves are Divine Design with Candace Olson - she does such beautiful work, Design on a Dime (Lee's team), and there used to be a show with Kenneth Brown - he was AWESOME!

Oh and Hidden Potential - Love it!
