Meeting with Reception Hall tonight - what to ask

We are meeting with the caterer to pay half tonight, and I have a list of questions - some are specifiec to me only, but am I missing any?

1. Cost of vendor meals
2. Centerpieces for cocktail hour
3. Cocktail hour piped music
4. Candles / flowers on tables in dining room (votives)
5. Directions
6. Arrival time for pictures
7. Microphone for ceremony
8. Rose petal toss
9. Bagpiper
10. Maitre d’
11. Same wine as before
12. Menu on each setting
13. Programs
14. Navy ribbon tying each napkin
15. Flowers under Chuppah
16. Final numbers
17. Food tasting
18. Appetizer tasting
19. Cake
20. Place cards
21. Table number holders
22. How long do we have the bridal room?
23. How many VIP tables for after party?

I would ask about a
1)children's menu for those that won't eat all that food.
2)will the cake will be seved
3)Time for the band / dj to set up.

I would also ask about your choice in linens and the wait-to-guest ratio.

Check on any regulations regarding vendors....Photography, DJ/Band, Video. ex. when can they arrive for set up, what type of insurance must they carry, are there any things they cannot do (dancing on a cloud, confetti cannons ect...)
