Pictures Added - My Holiday Bridal Shower (i Hope this works)

It was wonderful

well I wasnt in work yesterday bc I was sick and Had a Wonderful Whirl Wind Weekend,
this is how it went

friday night, engagement mass for all the pre cana couples and host couples, with wine and cheese (and beer) party to follow. Then to local watering hole for a few drinks, thank goodness Michael lied to me a said he had to work on Saturday morning or I would have been out all night.

Saturday - Mike went to work or thats what I thought, then I ran around trying to figure out what to wear to my uncles 65th bday party, Aunt and Uncle picked me up and brought me and grandma to Dan Foley Pub - which is a part of Durows of Glendale (beautiful place inside)

well Guess what there was no party for my Uncle it was my Bridal shower, which I was supposed to know about and was going to be in Jan since so many people needed to fly in. But my sister and one of my best friends decided since I said its ok for me to know that they needed to surprise me.

It was wonderful my sister and mom flew in from SC and my cousin and flowergirl flew in from VA,
It was a christmas theme very appropriate for me a BIg Christmas person.

I have to admit I had alittle suspiciion, since 2 weeks ago I talked to my cousins from Virgiania husband and he was like oh you will see Kelsey next week, so it confused me bc it was her Grandfathers bday so they could have been coming in for that. Needless to say all morning I had butterflys. But if I really really thought it was my shower I would have had something to wear and I DIDNT.

It was great.
the place was amazing,
decorating were amazing, all christmas theme., they had me wear a cheesey grandma Christmas vest, raindeer ears and a rudulph nose, which was only on for some pics.

I got so many presents, it was amazing.
Santa even came by.

the food was excellent, I heard, I think I only at a bite.

I got a digital cam corder from my bridal party which we desperately needed since my camcoder is on its last leg.
and my big surprise was my bachlorette party is in Las Vegas on Feb 6th, they also gave me some spending cash for the trip.

Michael even got gifts.

another favorite gift was my sister made a family cookbook for me with all family recipes from both out families
she also made me a wedding memory box, which is beautiful to save all my wedding stuff in.

it was great
and I could go on and on
sorry so long

(oh and on sunday I had a christianing)

also got my Yellow Kitchenaide mixer, was so excited for this

and some mickey mouse dishes, so cute and very sutle

how great now i can share with everyone, even those less computer savey, and i am not very computer savey but I know worse.

so here goes and dont laugh too hard at my attire, it was my sister cruel joke to get me back for her shower.

What a great theme for a shower. I am a huge christmas person myself and would love soemthing like this. Sounded like a really fun day!

and i forgot to Mention
My sister also shared some news after the festivites were wrapping up, she didnt want to 'steal my thunder'
I AM GOING TO BE A AUNT!!!
I am so excited!
I thought I would be made since she cant party it up for my big day, but it is so exciting I just cant wait, and now I have stuff to plan after the wedding - which I am also really happy about.
