question about getting in shape for the big day!
Has anyone tried the "Wedding Ready" program at NYSC?

my friend did and her body looked great at her wedding. she was thin, but it shaped her body

its somewhat pricey I remember. It was almost like having a personal trainer. I would have to ask her.

i'm going to do it i think. i just bought 20 sessions which will get me through the holidays but then next year i'll sign up for wedding ready. I think it's $1395 for 24 sessions that are pre-set 2x a week and you can only miss one in total. not 100% sure of the price though.

I think its about 1500 for members and a little more for nonmembers but it includes a 3 month membership.
Also lat year I remember all the rates went up March 1, I think. If you are thinking about it, you should find out when the rates go up! I am planning on doing it so I will keep everyone updated!!
