The FAT SMASH DIET...

FH and i began this today. we are doing the extreme fat smash diet--we picked up the book in barnes and nobles on saturday. we went grocery shopping yesterday and put it in effect today! so far it seems very manageable and doable. :) the best part is we didn't have to break the bank to do it.

i am hoping to lose 10-15 pounds on it it runs in 3 week cycles. we'll see.

we are off to the gym now!


just thought i'd share.

what's the fat smash diet? some guy i work with is doing the blood diet- you eat certain foods according to what blood type you have & he lost like 20 pounds.

FH and I did the fat smash diet. The first few days are ok but by the 4th day we were STARVINGGGGGGGGGG. it seems easy b/c its only 9 days to detoxic but just the thought of not being able to eat really anything really just discouraged me lol

Good luck and let me know how it works out!! you'll def. lose soooo much weight in that first week alone! so i've heard lol cant speak for myself of course

The fat smash diet is the diet they used on celebrity fit club (90 days). fh and i are doing the extreme fat smash diet (3 weeks). so far, so good.

Good Luck--maybe I should try it, esp since I have to weigh in with the nutritionist next Saturday and then xmas. Let us know how it goes.
