Need honest opinions - Florist

For my centerpieces I would like a tall, slim vase with about 2 calla lilies and just a few greens and baby breaths. I thought this was a very simple centerpiece and b/c of that it should not cost the same as most centerpieces. However, I have gotten 3 quotes that are just about the same in cost as very full and low centerpieces. Can you please give me some feedback here. Thanks for your help.
