So....Fh and i decided where we are living after the wedding........

We are moving into his parents basement. It not quite what i wanted but its gonna be cheap lol.
Steves mom was put in a nursing home 2 weeks ago and his dad is home alone now. We were gonna talk to his dad about it but he brought it up first, and we figured it will be better for him to have people around. So we are gonna fix the basement up a bit and move my stuff over there closer to the wedding. Eventually we are gonna get the house so we might as well be there, his dad is in his 80's so we will feel better living there just in case something ever happened to him someone will be around. So at leat now we know where we are gonna be living. We will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with his dad but the basement has a washer dyer, bed room and living room area...so it works for me. 1 stressful thing off my mind!

i'm sorry to hear about FMIL....but at least you will be there to keep FFIL company - that'll be really great for him!!!

Thanks ladies....i never really got along with his mom but his dad and I get along pretty well...he pretty much accepts me for me not like his mom, so im a little bit better going into this with her not being there as horrible as that sounds. I will feel alot better knowing we were around his dad thru all of this. Its hard especially because they are so much older. I think Steve and I would worry alot about him. So we wont have to worry so much and he won't be lonely!

Heather, I'm sorry to hear about your FMIL.
Glad that you guys have your living situation figured out though. It's one less thing to worry about. It'll also be good for your well being to not be worrying about your FFIL all the time too.

awesome! im happy you were able to get some stress off your back! hey, we're gonna live in my parents' basement (i have a full brand-new apartment in it) until we can get our own place too...
