New Year Resolution?

Did anyone make one?

Not me... I've decided this year I'm not making one b/c I always break them within the first month.

How about everyone else?

I don't make resolutions but I did promise myself to make some basic changes to make life better for my family. Is that the same as a resolution?

I think this falls under the resolution category...

But if by not categorizing it that way helps you accomplish it, by all means, I say it's not!

See, I think it's the word 'resolution' that messes me up. That's why I prefer to refer to them as promises to myself. Whatever works in my warped little mind!
