BM dresses complimenting yours...???

Girls,

Maybe I'm crazy.....but did this question ever cross your mind when choosing your BM dresses?

I've selected my gown, which is a fancy ballgown type - off white with beading.

I feel the BM dress I'm choosing is simple, and when I look at the 2 together, I'm not sure they're complimentary.

Am I just giving myself something else to worry about?

well i found a BM dress that had a lot of similarities as mine but i was told i shouldnt get it bc my dress should stand out and be different from the BM dress. (they werent exact but there were a few things about both that were VERY similar)

oh and the dress i chose has a 'pull to the side' look like my dress. thats the only similarity now.

I was more concerned that the BM dresses would be too similar to mine.

I really didn't take into account too much when picking the dresses. If you look in my albums, my dress is princess neckline (i think thats what they call it) with lots of beading and poofy while my girls are really not. I only really took into account the color. I made sure their sash was white like my dress so we'd match in that aspect.

i did the same thing, both mine and the BM dresses have the pull to the side thing, but that is the only similarity

there was one dress that was like the exact same as my dress exact obviously not white, and my dress was much more poofy...my mom wanted me to get that bc she said it would compliemtn it but i said no way bc i wanted mine to be diff... so just be careful with making it TOO similar

Thank you - I actually have no similarities, and thats what I was afraid of...I still need to choose BM dress color - but I'm more confident now that I'll stand out, and so will they by us being different!
