OMG you won't believe what happened!
My mother called me this morning, asking me if I wanted to tell her something. I had no idea what she was talking about, so I told her to just say it. Well she wanted me to know that Amazon.com had sent her an email stating both my first and maiden name and my joes first and last name in the email, for out baby registry. It also said someone bought us a gift and to sign on to track it. I'M NOT PREGNANT! and never made any such registry. I confessed to my mom that I had gone and check out a few baby things, not on Amazon, but I'm not pregnant and have no intention of being so! But what if my in-laws saw that! Or someone in my husbands family saw that and sent a gift!  I called Amazon and they told me that they are having difficulties with their system. Making up registries from the wedding registries, which I didn't have on Amazon.  I still don't know how my husbands name got involved. I thought I should give you all the heads up. Because this really freaked me out!

I'm a little bit relieved. Amazon did not have any registries under my account. As far as I know, the email only went to my mother. My mother ordered things online for the wedding and for gifts to both my husband and I. I'm not as bugged out as earlier. At least its contained to my mothers computer and I have no worry of in-laws seeing this.
So far I haven't had a call from anyone other than my mom about this.
